Overview

Explore the pure beauty of the desert by sweeping views of the Arabian Desert & Dune bashing is a form of off-roading. The silky red sand in Lahbab Dunes in 4x4 Land cruiser. Approximately 50 kilometer about 50 to 60 minutes drive to desert.

The sense of adventure begins once the highway tarmac is replaced by sand, at which point the drivers deflate the car’s tire pressure, allowing it to drive on the soft surface without sinking in. Then, guests are up for about an hour of enjoying a thrilling roller coaster-like bout of off-roading, bound to get your adrenaline pumping. Usually winding down around sundown, it coincides with the chance to snap some incredible desert sunset photo-ops.

The safari begins, 30-45-minutes dune bashing ride deep in the Lehbab desert that is known for its spectacular red dunes. Try sand-boarding (surfing over the dunes) for an extra thrill & 360 view of desert with sunset photo.

Quad bike was a really nice activity. It was a pleasure to have Shahzaid as guide and driver, such a positive person. I recommend this activity to everyone, especially in the afternoon.

This was a really awesome experience being out in the desert. Our driver and tour guide, Ibrahim, was incredibly good to us and made us feel safe and secure in the activities. He helped us take lots of photos and ensured we constantly had chilled water. My partner and I are would highly recommend this experience with Ibrahim to anyone visiting Dubai.

We had the most amazing jam packed day with Karim from Ammar tours. We went as a group of three and there were also three other people in our car but we found that fine and still had plenty of room in the car. It was also air conditioned. The package we ordered was the 7 hour one. We were picked at promptly at about 3pm from our hotel and did the quad biking for about an hour at a location outside of the main desert. We then moved to the dune bashing and sand boarding location with in the actual desert. This was a really thrilling experience just make sure you hold on tight haha! Then we moved to the camp which was beautiful. We started with the camel riding and the sunset photo, then went to the main camp for food (buffet style), drinks and other performances (there was a belly dancer, spinning performer and a fire dance performer - all were amazing!) There was also Henna and shisha. We were then dropped back at our hotel for about 9. Unforgettable experience thank you Karim!

Zahid was the best guide ever!!! It was an incredible experience that you should have on your Dubai bucket list. My family ( my husband, my 5 year old, my 14 year old and I) did it all and I wouldn't like to miss one thing of it.

This is a great tour for a very reasonable price.

We did check other tour operators but their price was up to 4 times higher for similar experiences!

There were many things you could do - some are included some need extra payment, e.g. pictures from camel riding or with falcons. Please see pictures for further details.

We would do it again but probably pay an extra for a more private transportation option.

ATV's are not included in this. The Camel ride is like 10 steps. The BBQ is not good. The show at the BBQ is decent. The henna lady is nice and good work. Sandboarding was fun. Dune bashing....OMG.... you need to Google what that is before you. It's priced very good but there are a LOT of add on options.
