Brilliant water park - loads of great rides and lazy river is fantastic. We paid for the queue jumping ticket - not needed in the morning but was great for the afternoon when queues built up.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Great water park with great attractions

Great waterpark, attractions are very good for all age. Food is super expensive but good. Be patient to by your tickets, very few counters open which creates Lon waiting time.

Covid restrictions???

We arrived and as hundreds of others we had tickets on arriving there was no queuing system and no social distancing however it was strange that they insisted on masks completely covering the face yet were happy to have a thousand or so people in an enclosed space.

The rides are good however it is incredibly expensive lockers cost about £17 for the day and they would not allow water to be taken in searching bags before entry.

If this is the policy you should offer water fountains and reasonable cost refillable bottle.

I would recommend but would possibly think about quiet times when visiting

Quite bad experience - the park was really overcrowded - I meam overcrowded. If you pay 290 EUR (around) for 2 adults and 1 kid (3.5 yo) you expect something…BUT not 60-90 minutes waiting for many of slides - it was really too much.
I wasn’t able to find a life west for our kid for 20 minutes too - walked to a new part of the park.

The water park of such is amazing, many attractions but you can use just a “mass” ones like the river etc.

We would not return even though the place is great. Number of visitors make this park useless for majority of visitors.

We had been in Atlantis before this visit and all good but this one made us disappointed for a long time. It is a cash machine - like whole Dubai.

And comments to “photograph” pick up. We selected 2 pics. I told to the ladies we want it in one book - they prepared two. I asked again if we can have 2 pictures in one book - answer “no”. So I told them we were here one year ago and we got one book for two pictures…and the lady said “yes, we have”. But “you paid already for two, ok, we can’t return your money”. This was the last sentence heard..another money trap..

This water park, Dubai, has changed in something we do not want to see a long time. And we had been 6 times here before..
