Unorganised but wonderful

Somewhat unorganised at the beginning as our tickets where for the 8:15 and didn’t get on till 8:45 but once on it was wonderful. All around the lake was beautiful due to the sparkling lights and on the lake for the dhow gave a different perspective to that on the walkway. Would recommend all do it but needs to be better organised

This is well worth the money. Saw the fountain display on land and thought it was awesome (the true awesome) but being on water was a different experience. Lovely faint breeze when you're on the boat.

Our driver Mr Mahez looked after us perfectly. Arrived on time, drove well and escorted us to the boat. Waited and drive us home.
The little abra boats are a really good way to view the fountains away from the crowds. We chose 7.30 show which was perfect with the lights. A real spectacle.

Fountaint show is free of charge. You can come and just watch. But if you want to get unforgettable feelings and be very close to this show its better to pay for Abra water taxi . You will be able to watch this show from very close distance . There are 9 persons per one abra water taxi. We were taking Abra many times and it was always like a first time.

Anwar, our taxi driver, was amazing! He collected us from hotel and took right to the fountains, collected our tickets and took photos for us. A very professional service. The fountains were fantastic!!!! We got a great view from the boat as it was very busy. Well worth going to!

Great experience. I would recommend at least that there would be somone leafing us to the actual place to board the Abra, we lost almost lost 10 minutes searching... overall experience was great!

This was totally worth it. OMG wow what a show! It is the best view. The boat is a wonderful way to view the fountains and you get a nice peaceful ride around the water prior to the show starting. It was well organized too.

The trip to the Dubai fountains was great, well organised were picked up on time from our hotel and the driver was excellent.

Taking the lake ride certainly looked at the fountain show at a different angle. While the staff was friendly, the ride simply felt “short” but sweet. ATTENTION-> same day online purchase could be a hassle as an sample the system thru Viator, one has to redeem the tkts at the “At The Top” which is also a chaos and crowded as it’s the entry way to go up the Burj Khalifa, and for same-day-purchase, the system won’t send your info on time, so I thought I lost the spots.
I then went to the lake-ride booth, the staff were kind and said “just come”. Then, 2 hrs prior the ride, I did receive the code for the ride via WhatsApp. This should be addressed during booking process in order to prevent the confusion that created for me.
Also, when in Dubai, better all booked online (cheaper) and ahead of time too ! ! !
