What To Expect

Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve

Har du varit i Dubai's Largest Unfenced Desert Reserve? Vi börjar vår 50-minuters resa till det enda oinhägnade ökenområdet i landet genom att hämta dig från ditt hotell eller boende i ett modernt luftkonditionerat fordon från Dubai.

Vi börjar vår tur över sanddynerna efter att ha anlänt till Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve genom att gå ombord på Vintage G Class Mercedes 1980-talet. När vi stannar mitt i öknen under vår 30-40 minuters resa genom reservatet, ska vi njuta av ett fotostopp där vi beundrar Al Ghaf, Förenade Arabemiratens nationalträd och växter som Al Ashkhar. Vi har också möjlighet att höra om Dubais historia och betydelsen av ökenflora och djur i traditionellt beduinliv. När vi turnerar i öknen kommer vi att ha turen att se ökendjur som Arabian oryx, Ghazals, Falcons och fåglar.

Senare, när vi anländer till beduinbyn, kommer vi att hälsas välkomna med arabiskt kaffe, dadlar och luqaimat som en del av den traditionella Emirati-gästfriheten innan kamelkaravanturen. När vi når mitt i ingenstans i öknen, beundrar sanddynernas skönhet, har vi möjlighet att klicka på vackra bilder.

Camel ride and Bedouin experience

The guide was very friendly, informative and went out of his way to make the camel ride experience and Bedouin experience, very memorable. Thanks to Imran Kahn, best tour guide and to all who made this a very worthwhile trip and adventure. The breakfast and camel ride was amazing but the meeting of friendly people is a must.

A must do while visiting Dubai. What a memorable experience for me and my husband!! It was by far the highlight of our trip, and I would totally recommend it to everyone.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Dubai Desert. Beautiful scenery and amazing tour guide.. Imran Khan took really good care of us. He was friendly, engaging, always making sure we were comfortable. He made the tour such an enjoyable experience. Thank you Imran!!

Imran Khan was the most amazing tour guide. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable and enjoying the experience. He educated us on the animals and more. Plus he is a great driver. He is very kind and has a nice personality.

Usman was our guide and he is proffesional. He's very cool and funny. He picked me up at the hotel at the agreed time. he is very good at what he does and stays involved with the customers. he is clear and gives good instructions. We first did the camel ride, then took some pictures with the famous bird, then we went to cross the desert with the jeep and look for the desert animals. usman is very patient and makes sure you can take enough pictures. we got super nice breakfast. then he neatly brought us back to my hotel. it is really highly recommended. Usman thanks for everything and it was really nice with you

Nice tour with different experiences, without too much of them. Short camel ride, contact with falcons, 4X4 dessert drive (much better than modern cars, you better feel the sand) and wonderful breakfast. Fully recommendable.

Qadir was my guide for this trip and he was very enthusiastic about telling us the history of Dubai. He was also incredibly skilled in navigating us through the desert while sharing his knowledge about species in the conservation area. I enjoyed my time with him and he’s a wonderful / thoughtful photographer as well. The breakfast was tasty and filling. I’d do it again for the evening option.

Unforgettable experience the stuff is super nice. The camel ride was very pleasant and staff is takes very professional pictures. The car ride was nice not too bumpy. We had experience without the back, breaking up and down.

Amazing Tour

Thank you so much Qadir, for this amazing trip! Due to our trip date (1st of January in the Morning) we were only two people for this trip! Qadir and the Crew didn‘t cancel the trip, they did an amazing Job. We were picked up on point by Qadir at our agreed meeting point and had a driving time of nearly one hour. During this hour, we got a lot of Information about Dubai and the Culture. Qadir was able to answer every question we had.
When we arrived, we got an amazing breakfest and afterwards a camel safari in the desert. Stroking the camels and taking pictures with them was allowed and a very nice experience. After our stay in the beduin camp, we were brought back to our Cruise ship.

We had a great time - the kids enjoyed especially the camel ride and we the delicious breakfast. Our guide, Qadir, was also so friendly and extremely professional. Overall a very well organised tour and worth doing in the morning where there are fewer people and the desert is beautifully quiet.
